Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • The return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Opened or used products.

   • Products purchased on sale or special promotions.

   • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

3. Process for Returns:

   • Provide your order details and reason for the return.

   • Ship the product to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

2. Refund Process:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

   • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

3. Partial Refunds:

   • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned with minor damages not caused by the customer.

Exchanges
